When you process a booking though us at Bored Solutions we need to collect information from you in order to fulfil this. If you select our Members option we will automatically save your contact details in a secure environment. Nobody can access these details unless they have your login and password. All information collected will remain with Bored Solutions. The only circumstance in which we would pass on information to a third party is for the specific purpose of fulfilment of your order. For example; passing on a delivery address to a courier.

What do we do with your personal information?
When you buy anything via the site or give us any personal data as indicated above, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfil your order and provide you with the services you expect then and in the future. We use a Westpac Merchant Facility which in our opinion is the safest and most reliable credit card booking system available on the internet. Your credit card details are only used to fulfil your purchase or booking, and are not stored there after. They are not used for any other purpose and will never be supplied to a third party other than the supplier of the goods or services you have purchased where necessary - in most cases all bookings are made with Stanley and Simmons International Pty Ltd
Information disclosure
Should you use our site to send a gift you'll be providing details of people who may never have visited our site. Stanley and Simmons International Pty Ltd will not disclose the recipient addresses and will not send them any promotional information other than that specific product i.e. the gift.
