Specifically with regard to Products purchased on the site the following conditions apply:
- Prices include GST unless otherwise stated
- Australian products are quoted for delivery to Australian addresses only (flat fee)
- All products may be delivered outside Australia at the going rate
- All products unless otherwise stated will be sent using Australia Post, Stanley and Simmons International Pty Ltd is not responsible for the time its takes for the goods to be delivered or condition they arrive in, however we make every effort to get your delivery to you ASAP!.
- All purchases are refundable if faulty or damaged.
- If goods received by you are damaged you are entitled to apply for an exchange credit or refund subject to those goods being returned to Stanley and Simmons International Pty Ltd in full. Where damage is claimed, this must be notified to Stanley and Simmons International Pty Ltd within 2 business days of receipt, failure to notify within that period will make that claim invalid.
- No refunds are available where incorrect quantities are ordered - sorry!
- Costs of non-Australian products or services may be subject to currency fluctuations
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
- A signature may be required upon delivery
